Such a beautiful and fun filled day with Steph and James for wedding photos Lains Barn. Beautiful day in the Oxfordshire countryside with this lovely couple. On a sunny November day I met Steph and the girls for the bridal preparation at Milton Hill Hotel. Such a lovely time, very relaxed and carefree but with that edge called nervous anticipation.
Onto the elegant Lains Barn which is an intimate and alternative Oxfordshire venue. The guests were ready as James and the groomsmen greeted them in high spirits. Steph arrived looking amazing and made the slow, long walk to the ceremony. Bathed in natural light this allowed for expansive image capture before the newlyweds exited for confetti and congratulations.
With the weather holding we managed a few family shots before the heavens opened. Luckily it stopped so Steph and James could escape for some private moments with the obligatory wellington boots! As the day turned into night the wedding breakfast began in earnest. Plenty of warmth, humour and love expressed during the speeches. Also some tears and laughter too creating magical images.
Soon the evening was ready for the dance and the Bride and Groom swept onto the floor before being engulfed. Just enough time for some party shots to finish. So great to be part of Steph’s big day and wedding photos Lains Barn
