Warm sunshine and a stunning day for wedding photography Olde Bell with Analiese and Adam. This amazing Berkshire wedding venue is not only intimate but also quirky making for a very chilled wedding in the beautiful Malthouse.
I met Analiese and the girls which was very colourful in the first place. A real light hearted atmosphere for the bridal preparation together with some fun and games with the flower girls.
The ceremony took place in the stunning Oak Room. As well as ornate decoration the room benefited from leaded light windows giving a regal feel to the occasion.
Adam looked so relaxed in the sunshine chatting with family and the guests too. Both arriving to fill the room. Loved capturing the nervous energy in the bridal suite then again as the bridal descended the stairs — essential image capture. Adam’s face was a picture as his bride took the long walk.
Such beautiful light for the ceremony aiding the photography. As everyone exited they formed a line to smother the newlyweds in confetti! With the drinks reception in full swing we escaped into the grounds of the adjoining coaching inn for some private moments. In addition to myself we attracted a lovely group of small children fascinated by this lady in white.
After the wedding breakfast and speeches Analiese and Adam joined me for a short trip to Hurley Lock. In addition to summer weather conditions we benefitted from dreamy light. This was an absolute joy with some really fresh, alternative image capture on the bridge coupled with the lock itself — so much fun.
Back for the evening reception for a fabulous cake to cut, great music to dance to. Also a photobooth for some zany images. Loved my day with the great couple
