Beautiful Summers days for this Tythe Barn wedding. It’s been a while since I was last at this lovely barn wedding location and what a hidden gem this is with a massive upgrade to all the facilities.
I arrived to blue skies and made my way to meet Rachel and the girls is the aptly named Nook. This is a really alternative approach to preparation and a few minutes walk to the barn itself. With natural light streaming in I captured this magical time before meeting Mark who was eagerly awaiting the ceremony. So many guests were outside in the sun so this made for some great candid moments.
The girls made their way allowing Rachel and her proud father to take the long walk. A lovely ceremony followed captured using all the natural light available. The newlyweds exited into the gardens to congratulations before the party stared in earnest.
The wedding couple escaped for a few private moments and we made use of the cowshed and the surrounding trees for a few intimate shots.
With the barn beautifully decorated the wedding breakfast began after some sincere speeches. As the guests dined and the wine flowed the dynamic of the day changed allowing for some fun, candid images.
Mark’s nephews are football mad and luckily I had Rudi’s ball in the car so what began as a kick about turned in to a full training match with a few of the grown ups thrown in !
Finally it was cake cutting and the all important dance to a great band. So lovely to be back at a Tythe Barn Wedding
Love love love these. So many great images, and lovely post… any chance you’d be happy to send me a folder via Dropbox for marketing/website/social media to my email? Will try do credit whenever possible! Emma deeley, the Tythe Barn
