Beautiful wedding day for Catriona and Juan for Oxford wedding photography. All captured at the stunning Town Hall and the White Hart at Fyefield. The plan was a fun, intimate day with this Scottish, English girl and an Argentinian boy.
It’s such a commanding historic building for a wedding ceremony. Everyone was in attendance and of course a few pre wedding nerves too. With natural light streaming in Catriona and her proud father made the long walk into the ceremony room. Plenty of candid, natural ceremony photography followed capturing the energy and atmosphere of the moment.
The newlyweds exited to congratulations and a few impromptu family shots. As they exited the town hall they descended into a wall of confetti amid the laughter. So funny to see the shoppers reaction as they walked hand in hand through the city allowing for some alternative couple shots.
Onto the fabulous White Hart at Fyfield. It’s a magnificent grade II listed Chantry house with the very best of seasonal modern British dining. Such a charming location for this small intimate wedding. The afternoon was very relaxed allowing for the small and big kids to enjoy the experience. Lot’s of candid, documentary photography especially for the speeches. Tears and laughter in equal measure.
Finally onto cake cutting and some spirited first dancing before I departed. Love my day at this culturally diverse day and Oxford wedding photography.
