Glorious day for Louise in the beautiful location of Old Amersham. This stunning 18th century chapel is refreshingly alternative and intimate also. Idea for Kings Chapel wedding photos.
With only close family in attendance for the ceremony the day took on a lovely, private feel and an opportunity to really get to know everyone. I love the chapel for the ceremony as there’s so much natural light flooding in to create a wonderful backdrop.
Afterwards we made our way into the garden for drinks and a few family shots. I persuaded Louise and Dave to follow my on a journey to find the perfect location for some private shots. This meant walking through a graveyard and also hopping over a barbed wire fence! It’s all about searching out the right moments.
After wedding breakfast the evening guests arrived in full attendance and really changed the dynamic. There was a lego theme to this and great to see so many children and adults also come up with a few very different pieces.
The Kings Chapel has an amazing pizza oven and this was at full stretch for the number of guests but so tasty and ready in a few minutes.
The band were set and onto the first dance surrounded by their loved ones. The party was soon in full swing with some jazzy, funky grooves.
Loved my day with this great couple and family for Kings Chapel wedding photos.
