Magnificent day for this Heythrop Park wedding in the Oxfordshire countryside. The weather felt more like late August with a warm and sunny feel to this autumnal day as I arrived for the civil ceremony in Oxford. This small, intimate reception was ideal for Carina and Kevin with just a few family in attendance and was full of warmth and laughter throughout. Carina is of German and Danish heritage so was greeted by rice throwing as she exited the Registry Office.

We made out way to the truly stunning Heythrop Park for the wedding reception. With deep blue skies and the glory of autumn colours in abundance this wedding venue just sparkled. I have covered this Oxfordshire wedding venue many times as a preferred supplier and suggested to the newlyweds that we make use of the golf buggies. We headed off in the direction of the bridge over the lake for some private moments and this location never fails to deliver. With complete peace and a fun loving couple this was perfect! On the way back we stopped to capture the splendour of this classic building and took our time to enjoy the sunshine and the setting.

Just enough time for some relaxed and fun family images before the intimate wedding breakfast.

I departed this beautiful Heythrop Park wedding to one of the reddest skies I have seen all year..
